I am back home now and felt the effects of travel all weekend. The reason for the trip was a National Sales Meeting. This meeting was not for my region however the meeting for my region is scheduled for Detroit on election day and I refused to go to that one so an exception was made for me and a coworker. I see upon my return that Detroit police are now warning visitors that the city is NOT safe and that they cannot protect visitors.
I think my decision was a wise one. Now back to the office today to play catch up for a week of being absent.
